LOCATION

At the current time, we only offer shipping and delivery throughout Canada.

FEES

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the item(s) purchased. 

In store pick up is always offered free charge.  

PROCESSING AND WAIT TIMES 

Once the order is placed, processing could take 48 hours. A member of our team will contact you once the item has been shipped or ready for in store pick up.

Please note that for both shipping and in store pick up, delays can occur due to product availability, custom orders and/or chosen delivery location. We partner with various couriers to ensure the quickest delivery, yet we cannot be held responsible for delays that may occur on their end. Feel free to contact us regarding product availability. 

 
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
 
Thank you for shopping at Maison Dwellin. We take pride in customer satisfaction, if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to contact us either by phone or via email. In the interim, you may review our policies on refunds and returns.
 
IN STORE PURCHASES
 
Products bought in store may be returned within <15 days. Returns may either be exchanged or refunded at our discretion. Items that are visibly damaged or used will be refused. Refunds will be done using the same method of payment as the purchase. 
 
Refunds or exchanges will not be done without proof of purchase. Exchange only on gift receipts. 
 
All sale, discounted or promotional items are FINAL SALE, no exchanges will be accepted.
 
ONLINE PURCHASES
 
Products bought online may be returned within <15 days of delivery. All inquiries regarding refunds and/or exchanges can be done by:

Items that are visibly damaged or used will be refused. Items must be in their original packaging. Refunds will be done using the same method of payment as the purchase. 
 
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for shipping cost on exchanges.

We will refund shipping for any faulty item(s) (manufacturer defects only) returned to us that are unused.

All sale, discounted or promotional items are FINAL SALE, no exchanges will be accepted.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Any refund of a purchase done in store or on line that is categorized as a " SPECIAL ORDER " is to our discretion and may be subject to a 30% re-stock fee. 
 
Special orders can be either personalized items, items that we do not currently have in stock or an item that has been special ordered from a third party. 
 
Special order products must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
 
GIFT(S)
 

Defined as an item purchased online that is shipped to a person other then the cardholder with the intent of a gift. 

 

The purchase must be marked as a gift at time of purchase. This can be done at checkout.

 

Gifts are only eligible for an in-store exchange or electronic gift card. 

 

Gift receipts are given in store for an in store purchase. 

IN STORE RETURNS
 
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
  • The Goods were purchased in the last 15 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
  • The Goods were not used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase
The following Goods cannot be returned:
  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications, clearly personalized or final sale.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
 
 
RETURN OF DAMAGED GOODS
 
 
When returning damaged goods, You must notify Us within 24 hours of reception and send picture of damaged goods.
 
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
 
No restocking fees on the items in stock.
