Toile de Ville Napkins
Keep a piece of the city with you....
Toile de Ville, inspired by the traditional toile de Jouy which first appeared as a fabric print in the 18th century in Jouy, France. It's continued to be a popular print, reinvented, reimagined and subverted by many artists and designers.
Composition and Care
100% freetrade organic cotton
Printed with waterbased ink
Machine wash warm, machine dry or hang to dry
Iron on the highest setting
The ink I use has been wash tested and withstand the true life of a napkin- they can be washed and dried without hesitation and will last for years. For best results, use a good stain remover but avoid bleach. Bleach breaks down fibers and causes fabric to deteriorate rapidly.
